Metal Delgado is a locksmith company located in Icod de los Vinos, Tenerife, specialising in the manufacture, marketing and installation of all types of doors and automatic devices for your home, community or business.

We have a door to door transport service at no additional cost to the customer, which allows us to cover the whole island of Tenerife, as well as serving the rest of the islands of the Canary archipelago.

Guarantee
Metal Delgado, offers you the installation service, carried out by specialised installers and certified as: Installer and Maintainer of Industrial, Commercial, Garage Doors and Gates, in accordance with the provisions of the European product regulations “Construction Products Regulation No 305/2011” and the “Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC” as well as the harmonised product standards. This will provide you with a guarantee of safety.
Metal Delgado guarantees the product to the end user for 24 months (two years) from the date of purchase, in accordance with the laws in force for the protection of the consumer (European Directive 1999/44/CE), referring to the restoration of the functioning of the good by means of repair or free replacement of the materials that the manufacturing company recognises as not conforming to the established requirements, due to attributable imperfections, defects in the production process, including the expenses incurred for the replacement operations.
Metal Delgado is in charge of assessing the right to the guarantee of our products and is therefore directly responsible to the user or end customer. The user or end customer has two months from the date of installation or purchase of the product, to indicate imperfections or defects of the same.
The warranty becomes invalid if the user does not comply with the above-mentioned terms. The complaint can never lead to the cancellation or reduction of orders by the end customer and certainly not to the payment of compensation of any kind by us. Our warranty becomes invalid if the parts returned as defective have been modified or repaired.
