Warranty
Metal Delgado offers professional installation services carried out by certified installers who meet European product regulations, including the Construction Products Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 and the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, as well as harmonised product standards. This ensures maximum safety for you and your customers.
We provide a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, in accordance with the current consumer protection laws (European Directive 1999/44/EC). This warranty covers the repair or free replacement of materials recognised as non-compliant due to manufacturing defects or imperfections, including the costs of replacement operations.
Metal Delgado is responsible for evaluating the warranty eligibility of our products and is directly accountable to the end user. The customer has a period of two months from the installation or purchase date to report any faults or issues.
The warranty will be void if the above conditions are not met. Warranty claims cannot justify order cancellations, reductions, or requests for compensation of any kind. The warranty is also void if returned items have been modified or repaired.
